- How does billing work?
- Both plans are a single annual fee — €250 for Self-Service, €499 for Serviced — charged once per year. No hidden costs, no monthly invoices. Your subscription renews automatically each year and you can cancel renewal anytime from your account.
- What's included in each plan?
- Self-Service gives you the full BizDash dashboard, financial early-warning signals and monthly plain-language reports. Serviced adds AI-enabled business consulting, local peer benchmarking and quarterly performance reviews. Both plans include 1 hour of customisation to your specific business.
- How does the 1-hour customisation work?
- Once you sign up we'll book a 60-minute onboarding call. We tailor your dashboard, KPIs and report templates to your sector and goals so BizDash is useful from day one — no spreadsheets to migrate, no setup project.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Self-Service to Serviced at any time and only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your year.
- Do I need an accountant to use BizDash?
- No. BizDash is designed for business owners, not accountants. Reports are written in plain language and the AI consultant explains what each number means and what to do about it.
